Therefore, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for each of our products regardless the cost of the package. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased from us or it just does not meet your expectations, you should notify us within 30 days from the date of the purchase and we will process your refund.
Before asking for a refund, we would encourage you to make the following:
- Complete your product training for better understanding of our product.
- Contact our support team to see if there is anything further, we can do or try. Our support team does its best to solve any issue or to provide a fast fix to a problem.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or pro-rata. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date or software activation date whichever is earlier. No refund is available after 30 days.
- To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Cancellation Authorization Number (CAN).
- A request for a refund must be submitted using a standard support request. Requests directed to other contact addresses or phone calls are not accepted for cancellation.
- From the date of cancellation; your access of application will be restricted.
- Post your cancellation request our support team will get in touch with you and try to resolve your issue. If you are still not satisfied your cancellation request will be confirmed within 7 working days.
- We also believe that most of moneybacks can be avoided. Please contact our qualified staff and you will get a professional assistance in any technical issue you have faced with while configuring the software.
- If you are not happy with our products or services for any reason, you are always welcome to send us your feedback and suggestions on how to improve the software or services we offer. We will do the best we can to ensure you are totally satisfied with our software and customer service.
- Post confirmation of your cancellation request; your refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.
- Your refund amount will be deposited in your bank account only via online transfer.
